CEO and Lead (R&D)
Dr. Uday Kumar H. R., is a PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding from prestigious University of Agricultural Sciences, GKVK, Bangalore. He is honoured with Yong Scientist Award from International Multidisciplinary Research foundation and International Research fellowship from KIRK HOUSE TRUST, UK. Uday brings a decade of experience with his Breeding excellence in vegetable seed Industry by working as a Breeder with United Genetics, Tata Rallis and Namdhari Seeds for crops like Okra, Papaya, Dolichos beans and Paddy. He has a strong understanding of Farmer needs and consumer preferences to formulate strategy for the business and R&D development. Passion for strategic planning, Farmer connect and people development makes him strongly committed to Provide “Premium Seeds for Every Farmer”
Dr. Vithoba Choudki
COO and Lead (Breeding)
Dr. Vithoba Choudki is a PhD in Genetics and Plant breeding from prestigious University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. His carrier started as Senior Research Fellow with Crop physiology department, UAS, GKVK Bangalore and Vegetable department, Indian Institute of Horticultural Research, Bangalore.
Vithoba coming from a humble rural background helped him grow with farming communities from the early age and this made him to pursue Agriculture as a carrier to help the farmers, now he has accumulated over a decade of experience in Vegetable Breeding working with crops like Chilli, Tomato and Corn with Namdhari seeds and Bioseeds Research India. He has a strong knowledge of plant breeding, rural understanding and market knowledge to achieve innovative products that helps every farmer and meets the expectation of every consumer.

Mr Chandrashekhar Karimani
Executive Director, Premium Seeds Private Limited
Mr Chandrashekhar Karimani is an alumnus of the prestigious Karnataka College, Dharwad. He has 15 years of experience in Marketing and Administration in reputed industries in Karnataka. He is the co-founder of FUTURE BIOTECH, an 8-crore turnover Agri inputs company based in Dharwad established in 2016. Mr Karimani, has a long experience in various areas of Business Management such as Production, Logistics, Administration and Marketing. He believes in empowering farmers through new technologies and innovative products ultimately leading to the benefit of society and country.
Mr. Manjunath R
Managing Director, Premium Seeds Private Limited
Mr Manjunath R is alumnus of the prestigious University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad. He has 12 years of experience in Research & Development, Marketing and Administration in reputed industries and institutes in Hyderabad and Bangalore. He is the CEO and founder of Future Biotech, an8-crore turnover Agri inputs company based in Dharwad established in 2016. Manjunath has received the ‘Rastriya Udyog Ratan award 2018’ by Economic Development Forum, Delhi and ‘National Entrepreneurship award 2019’ by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India and ‘Karnataka Business Award 2022’ by Suvarna News Group, Karnataka. Mr Manjunath has strong understanding of Sales and Marketing, Strategic planning and Business Development. He brings many years of experience in leadership and management. He is committed and passionate about bringing new technologies and innovative products to the farmers ultimately benefitting the society and country at large.
